Holistic health is caring for the whole person. It is tending to your physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs, being aware of how all these aspects affect your overall health.

Anyone who's health can improve can benefit.   I will work with your to figure out the best way to to integrate holistic care into your current wellness practices. 

Payments are made prior to the appointment to reserve your date and time.  Refunds are issued when a class or appointment is cancelled by Parul Patel.  Rescheduling to a future date and time is permitted if done prior to 48 hours of scheduled appointment.  If appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of a scheduled date clients are still responsible for full payment as the time was reserved just for you.
